Shipping & Delivery

1. What is your shipping policy? We offer Free Standard Shipping within the United Kingdom on all orders. There are no hidden handling fees or surprise costs at checkout.

2. What are your delivery times?

  • Order Cut-off: 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days.
  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days. Please note that we process orders from Monday to Friday.

3. Do you deliver to collection points or pickup lockers? To ensure the security of your parcel, we currently only deliver to the physical shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery to P.O. Boxes or pickup lockers is not available.

4. How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package's journey via our Order Tracking Page.

5. Which shipping partners do you use? We work with trusted UK couriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, and DHL, to ensure reliable delivery to your doorstep.

6. What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please email us at info@londenza.com within 30 days. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Refunds & Returns

7. How do I return an item? If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Simply email info@londenza.com to start the process.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: Londenza covers the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees.

9. How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 7 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

10. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major secure payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

11. Is my payment secure? Absolutely. All transactions are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

12. What currency will I be charged in? All transactions are processed in GBP (£). The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.
