1. Statutory Cancellation Rights (UK)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. At Londenza, we extend this peace of mind by offering a 30-day return window.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exclusions: Please note that we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Items purchased during a sale are fully eligible for return or exchange, provided they meet the condition requirements mentioned above, in accordance with UK consumer rights.
3. How to Start a Return

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, Londenza will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a free replacement.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. However, if an item is returned in a condition that shows signs of use or is missing original packaging, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund to reflect the reduced value of the goods.
