At Londenza, we are dedicated to delivering your favourite fashion pieces safely and efficiently. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses, or international locations.

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.
  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Processing Days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

3. Delivery Times & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 9 business days.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Please note that during exceptionally busy periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), slight delays may occur.

4. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing. That is why we offer:

  • Hidden Fees: None. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Since we focus on the UK market, all orders are delivered with no additional customs duties or import taxes for the customer. Any applicable import costs are handled by Londenza before delivery, ensuring a "Duty Paid" experience for you.

6. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at info@londenza.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
